I've finally started formally tracking my symptoms just to get a visual on what happens inside this brain of mine when PMDD strikes. I'm using the Daily Record of Severity of Problems (DRSP) which asks that symptoms be rated on a scale of 1 to 6. Along with tracking the symptoms, I'm also adding notes as to the days I exercised and days when work was super busy because I feel that's important to take into account.
I'm interested to see how this is going to look. I'm planning to do it over two cycles and will share them once they're complete.
