One page down! I'll probably give different methods a try, but for this first pass I'm trying the Daily Record of Severity of Problems for Diagnosis of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (DRSP). I've completed one page and because I can be a visual person, I decided to color code the rankings to see how things looked.
It is definitely interesting to see things like this. Those outlier days up at the top right were when I learned about my friend's death. I had debating whether to include those since it was separate from PMDD, but they were still feelings so I left them in.
Some of my other notes include the 'E' to note when I exercised, and I didn't think about it until the end of this page that I should have written in the phases at the bottom according to my period tracker.
I had some extreme symptoms days for this time, surely not as bad as it felt. And although I've been living with this for over 15 years, it's still crazy to see how the symptoms just drop off when my period starts. There also is a trend in which symptoms are my most problematic (where I had the extreme ratings).
Which symptoms are the most trouble to you?
